Tiger Walk and a Trip to Auburn

We made our first family-of-four trip down to Columbus last weekend for the wedding of our friends Brad and Sally (which was beautiful!), and took the opportunity to visit with Tricia's paternal grandparents in Auburn. It was Smith's first chance to meet this set of great-grandparents, and I think he enjoyed himself! Tricia's parents were kind enough to bring him over to Auburn separately so we could take Sara James to her first Tiger Walk! She was thrilled to see the marching band, the cheerleaders, and most of all, her favorite part of Auburn football, Aubie! SJC clapped, cheered, and squealed her heart out! By the time we headed back over to Columbus, she was exhausted. Here are are few shots from our time on the Plains:

Six Weeks Old

Smith and Tricia took a few minutes out of their day today to visit Smith's pediatrician for a six week check-up. Our little boy has grown to a healthy 10 pounds, 4 ounces, and is a full 24 inches long! We continue to remain thankful for his health, for his sweet spirit, and for his place in our family.
