Spring has Sprung!

Tricia recently found Sara James sorting through her dresser, and was able to catch the moment on film. I think she was just doing a little spring cleaning. Regardless, as you can see, she's gotten very fond of standing on her toes when she needs a little extra boost. The other two pictures were taken today, as Sara James was enjoying one of her new spring outfits for the 80 degree weather!

Four for Friday

Below you'll find three of our newest favorite pictures of Sara James, all taken in the last two days, as well as brief video of our nightly post-meal ritual: chewing on the spoon and jabbering. Enjoy!

Ten Months Old

For those of you keeping score at home, Sara James is officially ten months old today. It honestly feels like she should be no more than three or four months old, but ten months is crazy! Being this close to the one year mark is amazing, and an incredible blessing (she's been healthy and happy more than we thought was possible with a baby), but it's also a little sad. Time is getting away from us, and somewhere off in the distance I think I hear Pomp and Circumstance playing in the background. So...in the meantime, enjoy this look back to when we first brought our little girl home, and one from tonight - both with her stuffed pig:

A Couple of Cute Ones

Here are a few cute pictures taken during the last week. Tricia snapped the first one right before church last Sunday, and the other two were taken right before bedtime, when Sara James is often at her silliest.

Bye Bye

Here's a quick clip of Sara James working on her communication skills...she is quickly learning how to let us know how she feels, and what she wants!
