Weekend in Auburn

We spent this past Sunday in Auburn (or, as Tricia likes to call it, "The Promised Land") celebrating the 85th birthday of Tricia's granddaddy Leon. Sara James enjoyed a day with extended family (Tricia's cousin Kathryn and SJC became fast friends!), and had fun mugging for the camera as we took family photos at Samford Hall. Nana convinced Sara James to give the pig suit one more go, much to the entertainment of Uncle Chris (and anyone who walked by). Enjoy!

I love the way the camera captures my receding hairline. Thanks brother-in-law. It's cool. Most important I have a picture with the prettiest lady in my life so far. I thank you guys for giving me such a lovely neice. I just feel bad for her first date. I will be there with the same stern look on my face.
